The method of payment and delivery is a big factor for us because it is in our interest to put you as a customer first so that we satisfy your every need.

When it comes to payment, we offer a wide variety of options so you can choose the one that suits you best. So you can choose the method that suits you best and that gives you a sense of security when making a transaction.

Regarding shipping, we offer different shipping options. Below, see the conditions and details of the various delivery options and their price list with regard to delivery to Croatia as well as other countries within the EU. We also offer you the option to track your shipment, which you can read about below.

Import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.The stated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before purchasing, please check with the customs office what the additional costs are.

DELIVERY

Croatia

GLS delivery to the address or GLS parcel machine from Monday to Friday.

All orders received during working days (Monday-Friday) ending at 12 noon will be processed and executed within 1-2 working days.

Za otoke i manja mjesta, pošiljke se dostavljaju prema schedule of GLS.

Nakon narudžbe primit ćete obavijest e-mailom ili SMS-om da je narudžba poslana GLS-om, s informacijama o broju pošiljke, danu dostave, adresi dostave/paketomatu.

You will receive a second e-mail/SMS notification in the morning on the day of delivery to the address, with a 3-hour time interval of the expected delivery time to the address.

After a failed delivery attempt to the address, the recipient receives a notification and can choose one of 5 options for the next delivery attempt: delivery to a new address, delivery at a different time, personal collection at the GLS depot, deduction of the shipment, giving consent to leave the package at the agreed place, and delivery to Paketomat / PaketSHOP.

If the customer chooses the option of delivery to the parcel machine, a notification is received by SMS that the parcel is in the parcel machine, and a reminder to pick up the parcel at the parcel machine arrives every day by SMS until the parcel is picked up (within 5-7 working days).

For the purchase of any number of subscriptions to the product (duration 3 or 6 months), the delivery price is €3.69/month.

Delivery outside Croatia (third countries)

Shipping prices for countries outside the EU will be calculated separately for each individual order, and the customer will be informed about them in advance via email.
