"I pay a lot of attention to a healthy diet during pregnancy and drink a lot of water, which has a positive effect on my good mood."
"Did I say for the last time that the second state is a blissful state? Well, it paid off for me. At the end of the second trimester, I can safely say, the pains of pregnancy began. My belly is so big that I can no longer see my feet when I stand up straight, my legs swell after a few minutes of walking, heartburn, which they say often occurs in pregnant women because babies grow hair more often, and digestion doesn't work as well as it used to. Our elders would say, now you're just a real pregnant woman.
And it was time. Until now, I really enjoyed myself, ate what I wanted, worked hard, exercised, and now the girls dictate the pace. I rest a lot more, I go for a leisurely walk once a day, and I mostly spend my time on the terrace, sunbathing, reading, anything I can get my hands on, watching all those series and movies that I haven't had time to watch, and I'm honestly enjoying it. I even managed to catch some "sea" vitamins, as they call staying at the sea lately.

In terms of nutrition, I didn't have typical pregnancy cravings. Except that I eat a lot and often. That's why I drink a lot of water, up to two or three liters a day. Fortunately, my husband enjoys the kitchen, so I am deprived of that duty during pregnancy, and he tries so hard to cook for me a variety of healthy dishes, so there is really no need for me to interfere with his work, and thus healthy nutrition during pregnancy becomes more accessible to me. In addition to eating fruits and vegetables every day, my relatives from Dalmatia know how to send me fresh fish and seafood. I just make sure it's not a big blue fish, because it can have lead and mercury, but everything else is on the menu at least twice a week. I also enjoy seasonal herbs, so now in the spring, my favorite specialties are asparagus. If only I would eat less sweets, but now and then we pregnant women have to allow ourselves a bit of a gluttony.
With physical changes come mental ones, of course. In addition to constant fears of whether everything is okay with the babies, whether they are moving, and now they are moving all the time, whether they are developing as they should, and whether their stomachs are crowded since they are twins, fears about childbirth have also started. How, which method is best for me and for the babies, does it have to hurt or can it be painless? But I am comforted that there is still time for that.
Sweet worries are current now. What will it be called? Dad has the right to one name and mom to another name. Although only the change is permanent in this matter, I will reveal to you the possible initials; L and M will arrive in July," points out Nevena Rendeli.
