Award competition priređuje i organizira ALMAGEA d.o.o., Ulica Julija Knifera 4, 10020 Zagreb, Republika Hrvatska. OIB: 23349571806 (u daljnjem tekstu: Organizator).
Nagradni natječaj “Ljeto uvijek piše posebne priče, a mi želimo čuti baš tvoju” provodi se u svrhu promocije Organizatora na njegovoj službenoj Instagram page.
The prize competition lasts from September 5, 2022. starting at 1:00 p.m. until September 11, 2022. until 11:59 p.m., and refers to the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
A person who registers to participate in the Competition is referred to as a Participant in the following text. The competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored or promoted by any social network mentioned in these rules.

All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia over the age of 18 on the day of the start of this Contest have the right to participate in the Contest, except for employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters and brothers), as well as no other person who participated in the preparation of this Contest.
Minors are not entitled to participate in the Competition. In the event that, despite these Rules, a minor applies to participate in the Competition, and later checking the data it is found that he does not meet the age requirement from this article, his result will be declared invalid and the prize will go to the next best-placed Participant of legal age.
By participating in this Contest, Participants accept these Rules.
Cilj Natječaja je da Sudionik kreiranjem reels videa, u trajanju do 30 sekundi, prikaže kako je izgledalo njegovo ljeto te isti objavi na svom Instagram profilu, uz tag @almagea_hrvatska, pri čemu profil Sudionika treba biti otvoren. Prihvaćanjem ovih pravila Natječaja, Sudionici pristaju da se njihovi materijali (vizualni i tekstualni) koriste na službenoj Instagram page Organizatora.
The organizer will not have access to the user's data except for those data that are publicly available on the Instagram social network. Any use of false or double profiles or justified suspicion of their existence will be sanctioned by the elimination of the Participant from the Competition. The organizer cannot know which personal data will be transferred to social networks, nor in what way and to what extent such data will be used by the same or third parties. Dobitnici Nagradnog natječaja bit će objavljeni u roku od 3 (slovima: tri) radna dana nakon završetka Nagradnog natječaja, odnosno do 14.09.2022. godine na Instagram page Organizatora.

One Participant can win the prize only once.
When the Prize Contest ends, the five winners will be notified of the prize won via comments in the prize contest announcement where the Contest took place on Instagram and via Instagram messages.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. The prize delivery deadline is 15 days from the day the winner is announced.
Participants taking part in the prize contest cannot claim prizes in larger quantities or other prizes than those specified in these Rules by the Organizer.
The Organizer will review all received responses and reserves the right to disqualify registered Participants at any time if:
Incorrect or incompletely completed applications are invalid and do not give the right to any prize. Multiple players with the same e-mail or home address will be considered as one winner. If the Contest Participant enters any inappropriate or offensive content, it will be removed and will not be considered a regular entry to the Prize Contest.
Participants who accept participation in and sign up for this award competition, Participants agree that their contribution in visual and/or textual form may be published and used by the Organizer free of charge in printed, audio, image and video material for marketing purposes exclusively, temporally and territorially irrevocably in all media.
This Contest is in no way affiliated with and is not promoted or sponsored by Instagram. The data is provided exclusively for the needs of the complete functionality of this contest to Almagea d.o.o., not to Instagram. The social network Instagram is a public space and the publication of any content (including water and photos) may constitute an invasion of privacy, both of the participants of the contest and of third parties. If the Participants of the Contest publish any Instagram content they publish with the Organizer's prize contest, it will be considered that they published it voluntarily and the Organizer is not responsible for the content thereof, as well as for the misuse of such content by any third parties.Also, if the Participants have published any content under the Instagram post with the prize contest (including photos, text messages, comments, any personal data, etc.) it will be considered that the Organizer has all the necessary authorizations to publish such content. With such an announcement, the tender participants give the company Almagea d.o.o. permission to use the entire published content for marketing and any other commercial purposes and at the same time waive all material and any other rights that belong to them on that basis.
By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree that the Organizer collects, processes and publishes their personal data as well as the personal data of the person to whom the prize will be sent, which the participants themselves provided in this Contest (such as first and last name, address, e-mail address, city and phone number) and that it is used for marketing and promotional purposes related to this Prize Contest, exclusively and territorially unlimited, in all media. The Organizer keeps all personal data collected in connection with this contest for one year from the end of the contest, unless the Participant himself requests the deletion of his data.
The Participant is free at any time to withhold his consent regarding the collection and processing of personal data and accepts that such denial may lead to the impossibility of participating in the Competition.

The Organizer will not share personally identifiable information with other parties, but may share information about Participants with related companies.
The organizer provides certain services through third parties. The third party carries out certain activities on behalf of the Organizer and for its account, such as the organization of the delivery of the Prize.
The Organizer is authorized to disclose the Participant's personal identification information/data when it is reasonable to expect that their disclosure will help with the implementation of the law or is necessary as a result of a court order.
Dobitnici će biti objavljeni u komentaru ispod objave nagradnog Natječaja na službenoj Instagram page Organizatora. Po završetku Natječaja bit će objavljeno 5 dobitnika.
The winner is not obligated to pay any taxes, duties or fees directly related to the prizes.
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the Participants of the prize competition, the Municipal Court in Zagreb is competent.
Organizator zadržava pravo prekinuti Nagradni natječaj, u slučaju okolnosti za koje Organizator nije odgovoran, odnosno koje nije mogao spriječiti, otkloniti ili izbjeći, u kojem slučaju se oslobađa svih mogućih nastalih obveza prema Sudioniku. Organizator ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost zbog tehničkih problema ili grešaka u unosu podataka i drugih razloga koji ne ovise od Organizatora. Sudionik koji sudjeluje u Natječaju prihvaća prava i obveze iz Pravila. Organizator zadržava pravo promjene Pravila, o čemu će svi Sudionici biti pravovremeno obaviješteni objavom na Instagram page of the organizer.
